In the drop-down menu " How can we help", select I have an issue with the Marketplace (Purchase is missing, the Buy & Download button is grayed out, etc.).Click on " Submit a request" in the top right corner of this page.If you restarted the game and waited 72 hours but the Buy and Download button remains grayed out, please contact support. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and select Quit.Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.Click on your gamertag in the top right corner of the screen.The Buy and Download button should become available again.
If you click on purchase and nothing happens, sign out, wait a few minutes then restart the game. The Buy and Download button is grayed out when there's a transaction in progress on your account.
